Serious quality control issues

The first time I tried this 3d anti-stain paste it was great. Whiter and cleaner teeth, just as promised.
The second tube ran out of white paste halfway through the tube. Also the cap broke off. Wasn't too happy with that because the paste is a tad expensive.
I thought I'd give it another try today. So the current tube doesn't even have white paste it in it! The only thing that comes out is the translucent one, and there just seems to be air in the middle.
Anyway, my verdict is: when you got a good tube it is one of the best on the market but when you got a bad tube it is a waste of money.

Crest 3-D Stain Protection Cap

This toothpaste was recommended by my Dentist. I have only used it for a few days. I like everything about it except THE CAP. It broke off the second day I opened it. Very poor construction. Very weak hinges. What is wrong with the traditional screw off tap? Please fix this.

Bad packaging

Love the product, hate the tube. I wish this product could be packaged differently. I was gone for a couple of days, and left this toothpaste at home. Upon returning, I tried squeezing out the toothpaste, but it had solidified so much that I had to pry the hardened paste out with tweezers. That is not right. Also, when I get to the end of the tube, I have to throw quite a bit away because it won't come out. PLEASE, just redesign the tube.

3d white advanced vivid stain protection

first time using product.paste separates in tube.first came out white, now comes out clear gel. i am pressing tube from end.what am i doing wrong?

Sorry you're having trouble dispensing the Crest 3D Toothpaste. Below are a few usage tips to make dispensing easier:
o Grip tube in the palm of hand.
o Using your palm and fingers apply a full ribbon of toothpaste covering the brush head.
o Between uses and as the tube empties-keep the tube smooth and flat.
o Always store standing up. Hope this helps!
